12. Delivery, Returns, and Exchanges
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery: via Yodel (no signature required). Expect delivery within 4 working days.
At this time, we do not offer shipping to EU / Rest of World countries.
Order Queries: If your order goes missing after delivery, we cannot replace the items. For other inquiries, email us at hello@lustywaves.co.uk or call 03301334072. We’re a small team, so responses are available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 - 17:00 (GMT)
Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, you can return or exchange it. Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges for earrings or underwear unless faulty.
Return Process: Please contact us on returns@lustywaves.co.uk within 30 days (or 7 working days for sale items) for instructions. Items must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Include proof of purchase to:

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 working days upon receipt.
Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges.
Faulty Goods: If you receive a faulty item, contact us, and we’ll address the issue. If the item is not branded by Lusty Waves, we’ll need to return it to the original supplier for assessment.
13. Facebook Competition Terms
The winner will be selected at random and notified via email. They will receive a voucher equal to the value of their online order. The winner has seven days to claim the prize, or a new winner will be chosen.
Vouchers are delivered via email and can only be used on full-priced items. Facebook does not sponsor or endorse our competitions.
