Return and Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. We’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find any defects, or damages, or if you've received the wrong item, please contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.

Please note that we also don’t accept returns on sale items, swimwear, or gift cards. If you’re unsure about your specific item, feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If it is, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please bear in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
